II  award in international competition for revitalisation of Maashaven Silo based in Kop van Zuid district.

The Maashaven Grain Silo, a beautiful example of concrete harbour architecture has lost its original use when docks moved out from the area. Because of it?s location, the building was a great place to turn it into a modern musical centre which would combine both modern and classical music and attract young and old visitors.

Project exhibited in Netherlands Architecture Institute NAI in Rotterdam:  ‘Maashavensilo Rotterdam ? a New Urban Junction’
